一、学校简介 About us

新葡的京集团350vip8888是经国家教育部批准设立，由东软出资举办的一所民办普通高等院校。2003年经四川省人民政府批准，设立成都东软信息技术职业学院，开展高职专科教育；2003年学校被教育部确定为首批35所国家级示范性软件职业技术学院之一。2011年经教育部批准升格为本科院校，更名为新葡的京集团350vip8888，成为四川省第一所独立设置的民办普通本科高等学校；2015年通过新建本科院校学士学位评估；2016年成为四川省民办教育协会会长单位；2021年顺利通过普通高等学校本科教学工作合格评估，成为四川省第一所通过该项评估的民办高校。

Chengdu Neusoft University is a non-governmental college established with the approval of the Ministry of Education and funded by Neusoft Co.. In 2003, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Chengdu Neusoft Information Technology Vocational College was established to carry out higher vocational education; In 2003, the school was identified as one of the first 35 national demonstration software vocational and technical colleges by the Ministry of Education. In 2011, it was upgraded to an undergraduate university with the approval of the Ministry of Education, renamed Chengdu Neusoft University, and became the first private undergraduate university in Sichuan Province; university passed the bachelor's degree evaluation of newly-built undergraduate universities in 2015; In 2016, university became the president unit of Sichuan Private Education Association; In 2021, it successfully passed the qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities, and became the first private university in Sichuan Province to pass the assessment.

学校位于世界自然文化遗产——都江堰青城山国家5A级景区，占地面积52.85万平方米，现有在校生16000余人。学校目前有28个本科专业，含工学、文学、管理学、艺术学、医学5大学科门类，专业涉及数据科学与大数据技术、计算机科学与技术、物联网工程、智能医学工程等，面向全国31个省（市、自治区）招生，目前已获批7门课程思政示范课，省级立项专业22个，其中包括四川省应用型示范专业6项、四川省一流本科专业建设点6项。

The university is located in the world natural and cultural heritage - Dujiangyan Qingcheng Mountain National 5A scenic spot, covering an area of 528500 square meters, with more than 16000 students. At present, the university has 28 undergraduate majors, including engineering, literature, management, art and medicine. The majors involve data science and big data technology, computer science and technology, Internet of things engineering and intelligent medical engineering. It recruits students from 31 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) across the country. At present, 7 courses have been approved for ideological and political demonstration courses, and 22 majors have been approved at the provincial level, Including 6 applied demonstration majors in Sichuan Province and 6 first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites in Sichuan Province.

学校秉承“教育创造学生价值”的办学理念，明确了服务IT行业及区域经济发展的应用型办学定位，实施TOPCARES一体化人才培养模式，已累计为社会培养了3万余名毕业生。近三年累计1400余人次获省级以上奖项，本科毕业生平均就业率达94.5%，人才培养质量得到了用人单位、社会各界的广泛认可。

Adhering to the school running philosophy of "education creates student value", the university has defined the application-oriented school running orientation of serving the IT industry and regional economic development, implemented the TOPCARE integrated talent training mode, and has trained more than 30000 graduates for the society. 二、优秀学生Outstanding graduates

2014届：6名毕业生，其中一人被卡内基梅隆大学（卢旺达校区）录取，三人前往美国马赫西管理学院继续攻读研究生学位。

Class 2014: 6 graduates, one of them was admitted to Carnegie Mellon University (Rwanda), three went to Maharishi School of Management in the US to continue studying for a postgraduate degree.

2016届：4名毕业生，其中一人被美国马赫西管理学院录取，一人在卢旺达AC集团获得了一份数据分析相关的工作，另一人在广州找到了一份网络工程师的工作。

Class 2016: 4 graduates, one got admitted to Maharishi School of Management, one acquired a data-analysis related job at AC Group in Rwanda, and one found job in Guangzhou as network engineer.

2017届：5名毕业生，一人被卡内基梅隆大学（卢旺达校区）录取，一人进入美国马赫西管理学院，一人正在申请波兰弗罗茨瓦夫大学。

Class 2017: 5 graduates, one was admitted to Carnegie Mellon University (Rwanda), one went to Maharishi School of Management, and one is applying for the University of Wrocław in Poland.

2018届：29名毕业生，其中一人获得CSI奖学金被湖南大学录取，一人获得芬兰拉皮恩兰塔·拉赫蒂理工大学的部分奖学金，其中大多数人获得了在中国和其他国家大学攻读硕士的机会。

Class 2018: 29 graduates, one was admitted to Hunan University with CSI Scholarship, one got offer from Lappeenranta-lahti University of Technology in Finland with partial scholarship, most of them got offer for master study in universities in China and other countries.

2019届：14名毕业生，一人获得奖学金被中国科学技术大学录取，一人获得奖学金被西安电子科技大学录取，其余多人分别被美国林肯大学、长安大学等高校录取继续攻读硕士。

Class 2019: 14 graduates, one was admitted to the University of Science and Technology of China with scholarship, one was admitted by Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology with scholarship, and others were admitted to universities such an Lincoln University and Chang’an University to continue their master’s studies.

6. 其他信息Other information

（1）书本费不包含在学费内。Textbooks fee is not included in tuition.

（2）申请费与管理费为不退还的费用。Application fee and management fee are non-refundable.

（3）学校为学生提供免费无线网络。University provides free Wifi for students.

（4）学生需承担寝室每月超额使用的水电费。Students have to pay for the exceeded usage of water and electricity of dorm each month.

（5）学生根据个人需求选择是否购买床上用品。Students choose whether to buy bedding based on personal needs.

（6）学生根据个人实际情况准备日常生活费用。Students prepare funds for daily usage based on personal needs.

第一步：在新葡的京集团350vip8888官网下载申请表，填写完成后随同申请材料一并通过邮件发送给学院申请邮箱admission@nsu.edu.cn

Step 1: Download the application form at official website of Chengdu Neusoft University, submit along with application materials to admission@nsu.edu.cn

第二步：收到学生申请后，新葡的京集团350vip8888将审核申请者材料，确认录取名单，办理《外国留学人员来华学习签证申请表》（JW202表）, 并制作《录取通知书》和《录取说明》

Step 2: After receiving the student's application, Chengdu Neusoft University will review the applicant's materials, confirm the admission list, handle the Application Form for Study Visa for Foreign Students in China (form JW202), and issue the admission notice and admission letter

第三步：在学校发出正式录取文件和《外国留学人员来华学习签证申请表》（JW202表）之前，学生需完成申请费的缴纳。该项费用一经缴纳不可退款。

Step 3: Before the school issues the official admission documents and the Application Form for Foreign Students to Study in China" (JW202), students need to complete the payment of application fee. This fee is non-refundable.

第四步：录取学生仔细阅读录取文件且接受录取要求后，持《录取通知书》、《录取说明》和《外国留学人员来华学习签证申请表》（JW202表）及其他要求材料到中国驻外大使馆申请来华学习签证

Step 4: The admitted students shall read through the admission documents. After accepting all terms of admission documents, student can apply for a study visa in China at Chinese embassies abroad with the admission notice, admission letter, application form for study visa for foreign students in China (JW202 form) and other required materials.

九、入学报到Registration

第一步：学生在获得签证后，需及时通过邮件的方式告知国际合作部，并提供计划报到日期及航班信息。

Step 1: After obtaining the visa, student is required to promptly inform the International Office of Chengdu Neusoft University via email, and provide planned arrival date and flight information.

第二步：学生需严格按照录取说明上的要求时间准时报到，并在到校后10个工作日内完成相关费用的缴纳。如学生未能在截止日期前报到或报到后无法按时缴纳所有费用，将被视作自动放弃入学资格。

Step 2: Students should arrive school for enrollment strictly based on the date on admission notice and complete all payment within 10 business days upon arrival. If student fails to register before the deadline or complete the payment of all fees on time after registration, it will be considered as an automatic abandonment of admission eligibility.

第三步：学校有权根据学生到校后的表现和配合程度最终决定是否录取学生并办理居留许可。

Step 3: The school has the right to decide whether to admit students and apply for residence permits based on their performance and level of cooperation upon arrival.
